Sharing Your Story

I invite you to share your story, or any part of your story that you wish to share with others. In sharing your story, it may help heal yourself, and it may also help to heal others. We all deserve to have our voices heard and our stories respected.

Please keep your story respectful and as compassionate as you can, even if you are coming from a place of deep pain, anger, hatred, anxiety or fear at this time. That respect and compassion are as much for yourself as it is for others.  As well, please respect the privacy of others in your story by using no real names or identifying factors.

Thank you so much for sharing your story.  Please be aware that your story will be briefly reviewed by admin before it is published to the site.

Together, we can support and uplift each other. No one has to go through this healing process from covert narcissistic emotional abuse alone.
